:) EPCOT’s rose walk has the only bench that I know of in any of the Disney theme parks that has a market umbrella installed next to it. The umbrella is a testament to the fact that it’s a rare thing to find a shady spot along rose walk. There are two places where trees throw shade JUST off the walkway. Even if you can’t sit in that shade, it still brings a smidgen of relief just to look at it on a hot day.

How pretty. Is it this way all year long or just during the springtime?

Very pretty! Hard to believe it is hot enough to need shade. It is so chilly at my house today. But, my crab apple tree is blossoming, come by and see it!

It does actually feel shady in that spot, I can imagine how hot and bright it must be away from the glade.

Amazing color. Hard to imagine all the gardeners needed to maintain such a park like setting

That is so pretty and colorful. I’m wondering if the lack of a shady spot to sit would mean they really don’t want anyone sitting there or hanging out too long. Hmmm….

Ewok, this is a special landscape for the Flower & Garden Festival, which happens at Disney World each spring. This year it ran from March 3rd and should be done by next week.

Those roses are so gorgeous, even thought I only saw them at night I could see their beauty. I’m so glad I got to see Epcot during flower show. I was actually glad it was night because of the shade factor!
